Booking flexibility
Life happens, and plans change. Modify your expedition dates once free of charge up to 60 days before departure. Choose from multiple departure dates throughout the year, or request a private custom departure for your group. We offer flexible payment plans with just 30% deposit to secure your spot, and balance due 60 days before travel. Your adventure, your timeline.
Included transfers
Start and end your expedition stress-free. We provide complimentary airport pickup and drop-off on your arrival and departure days—no need to navigate unfamiliar airports or negotiate taxi fares. Our driver will meet you with a name board, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth transitions between flights and your adventure. It's the small details that make big differences.

Arrow Head Tours & Expeditions was born from a simple belief: Africa’s greatest adventures shouldn’t be reserved for the wealthy or inaccessible to independent travelers. Founded in Kenya by locals who grew up exploring these landscapes, we started with one vehicle and a passion for sharing our home with the world.
Today, our team spans seven countries and includes wildlife trackers, conservation experts, cultural ambassadors, and adventure specialists. But we’ve never lost that family spirit. Many of our guides have been with us since the beginning. Our partner lodges and community campsites aren’t just vendors—they’re friends, neighbors, and collaborators in creating transformative travel experiences.
